What is Chorus Finder?

We are a bridge connecting choirs to people who love choral music.

We help choirs reach new audiences who will love what their unique ensembles has to offer. We help music lovers and singers find the choir that’s right for them.

How do we do it?

We focus on the needs of both our Member Choruses and music lovers.

Our Values

  1. We believe choral music is inherently collaborative.

    Just like singers in the chorus rely on the commitment and collaboration of the singers around them, our choral community flourishes when we collaborate with each other. Chorus Finder is dedicated to providing a space for that collaboration. 

  2. We believe all singers should be able to find a place to sing.

    Through our Member Listing database, each unique singer can find a choir that meets their needs. The richness of diversity in choral groups in Minnesota means there’s a home for anyone who wants to sing. We help make it easy for singers to find places to sing.

  3. We believe in sharing concert opportunities broadly.

    We make it easy for choruses to reach music lovers. Through our Events calendar, members can share their upcoming concerts and events free of charge. Chorus Finder also provides promotional support to our members through highlighting upcoming concerts, providing member spotlights, and sharing our members’ music on social media and on our email list.

  4. We are committed to continually learning from our member choruses.

    We know how much work it takes to pull off a concert under the constant stress of having to do more with less. We are dedicated to listening to our organizational members about what they need to make music more effectively, efficiently, and inexpensively. Where we can, we will create solutions to those problems through relying on the collective wisdom of our choral community.
